You can upload a picture using imgur.com.

You can also use Latex.

Right click the picture and click "Copy Image Location" tell me when you did that.

On the front page on the left is a green box which says New Post. Do you see it?

A while ago I made a series of posts to show a member how to do this.  The thread is here:

It is a very long thread so you will have to search for post number 1679.  That is where the explanation starts.  Then move on to later posts to find the rest of the instructions.

I hope that helps you.

note: If you don't join imgur you'll have no control over your images and they might get deleted.  If you do join you can control all your images. 

Post back if you get stuck with this.
