no actually she talks average and shes one of the smartest kunoichis there are(female ninja) and later after training as a medic nin she has super strength and whenever naruto annoys her she punches him so bad!(this is due to her bad temper like i have)

You could create an animated gif and have it as your avatar, and put whatever you want into each frame. I used to do that for image parodic-type scenes, and for smilies that somehow look edible.

Well, there are several image designing programs out there for things like this, like Macromedia Fireworks MX, for example. A great image designing program, which can also be used for image animation designs - A little like a flash design. Macromedia Flash MX is harder to use, however, and requires a lot more skill than using Macromedia Fireworks MX. Macromedia Fireworks MX gives you the standardised procedure of doing what you want do to, which I think, from my experience, it unlike Macromedia Flash MX. But to do what you're asking to do, Macromedia Fireworks MX would do, since your request is to design an animated gif, and Macromedia Fireworks MX is designed and built partially for that purpose, among other things.

I *believe* Macromedia Fireworks MX was originally handed out free due to market research, among market purposes. There is, yes, but you can Google the web yourself (or browse) to find something like that. I vaguely yet distinctly remember an image program which was based in yellow, red and blue colouring (primary colouring only). Google the web for something like this, and you may hit the jackpot.

But first of all, do you have any graphic-making skills? You will probably need a little knowledge of something like this prior to when you create your animated gif.
