i am Srinivasa Ramanujan
i was offended at the fact that azn was not listed under the nationalities question
jk
im azn so i put the closest thing to that
which was indian
it does make ur mind twitch for wihle
but it is interesting
thats why we truly believed taht it was a calculator flaw for sucha long while
idk if someone already explained this or not
but someone probly already did
but in thte case that some one didnt
i would like to
one of the buds told me something interesting
he told me that he foudna flaw on the caclulator that he had heard bout on ze inter of nets
it was taht
why isnt e or pi algebraic if it is the solution to
what do u mean by algebraic
thats the hard part
this post was kinda like a challlenge to see how many we can do
and the difficulty was to see how many we can do with only the use of our brains
i thought the point of this post was to see how many primes we can post on our own with out the use of computers
i will try to rhyme
i hope to succceed this time
refridgerator
was i successful?
i am not sure if taht counts
not all the lines rhymed
ive been looking up lots of primefoacorization programs on the internet and a lot of them stop at that very number how come they all stop at that number?
heres a way to go and chek to see and make sure taht ur numbers are prime
hreres another problem with putting more than one number in each of these posts
u may have made a mistake and we r not gonna look thru each and every fifty billion numbers u put in ur posts to check to see if they r correct
is there a site that has the cos and sin of pi/7 ?????
wow thanks a lot
those links halped a lot
and who said taht wikipedia was un reliable
yea i get what u r sayin and all but the reall problem taht i am having is how to get
cos((4pi)/5)
as a radical form
is there a way to use the unit circle to find taht ???
the resemblence b/w the tic tac toe board and my icon is kinda funny
yes
i understand taht
but when u work it out
i cant figure out what the real parts or the imaginary parts are of the answers
i cant tell if they are just irrational or if there is a way to put it in radical form
can someone explain to me how to do demoive's theorem to find the five fifthe roots of one?
are they irrational or can they be displayed in radical form?
this can be easily solved bby trial and error
but try not to do that and use logic
trial and error takes the fun out of it
how do u put 6 x's in a 3x3 tic tac toe board w/o getting 3 in a row????

plz use the hide tag and dont spoil the ans for those who havent tried this yet
thnx
i think we should restart this entire thing
adding the rule of only one number per post
and no consecutive posts
that would be nice
RESTART!
jk
but it wouldnt be a bad idea would it?
your welcome
o
ok
so it wouldnt help much cuz the progarm would probly take like 3 hours of processing?
shocamefromebay, no trust me, it DOES converge, you program is wrong:
this doesnt necessarily mean that its wrong
it just means that it has reached the point where it converged yet
but isnt there a way liek
this is really hard to explain what im askin
but like its all just software and programing
so isnt it somehow possible to get the programming from the ti89
to the ti83?
not thru like a link
but like
someguy discovering how they programmed it into the calc on the 89
and did it to the 83 as a program or app?
well
i made a prog on my calc about 5 mins ago to do sequences for me
and usually if the number converges
it jsut rounds and give me that number that it converges to
and i put this one into it
and it just kept increasing
for like 45 mins
then i just turned it off
and the calc couldnt even turn the number into fractions form
so i think if its byond the power of my calcy
its beyond the power of me
but this shows that this problem
is pretty difficult
