help with exponential

Hello if anybody can explain to me how i plot the graph y=3ekx and y=3e-kx id be very grateful many thanks.

Welcome to the forum. To plot that you are going to have to reveal what k is.

hi k is not given i jus need to sketch it so i don't think i have to plot any accurate points on any axis.

Hi;

If you do not know what the shape of the curve is you are going to have to vary k through some values such as 1,1.1,1.2 and plot it as I have done here.

I am assuming the first equation is

Curve gets steeper as k increases.

thanks bobby and i presume for 3e-kx the the curve is reversed so it is decay rather than growth?

It is a die away curve. It approaches the x axis.
