Hi anonimnystefy,
Thanks for your help, but i want to correct you that, the sec x no equal to 1/sin x its equal to 1/cos x.
Hi anonimnystefy,
How to transform the sec (x) into sin (x), and how to get rid of the power, can you tell me more detail about this, thanks.
A curve
meets x-axis at A, find the x-coordinate of A, leave your answer in pi form.Answer : x = pi/12
Please show me how to solve this, thanks.
Thanks bob for helping, I am understood, thanks very much.
thanks bob for your help. btw how to find all the angles between 0 and pi for which
1. prove that
hence, find all the angles between 0 and pi for which
2. The expresson
, make X the subjust and hence integrate with respect to y.thanks
Thanks Bob, I am understood.
Hi Bob and stefy,
Thanks two of you for the great explanation for the question 1, I had understood, but I still don quite understand the question 2, can someone please explan more detail for me, thanks.
Can give me more details of doing question 2, thanks
HI lqq889
For Q1. is there a restriction such as A + B + C = 2PI ?
Bob
Thanks,
A, B, and C are angles of triangle ABC.
Prove the following.
1. cotAcotB + cotAcotC + cotBcotC = 1
Integration problem
2. Given Integrate of (e^2x - e^-2x)/(e^2x + e^-2x)=1/2 ln(e^2x+e^2x)
Find integration of (e^2x)/(e^2x + e^-2x)
Thanks very much.
hi bob bundy,
thanks for you help too.
sorry i forgot the bracket in my calculation.
ARCCOS(-2/3) = 2.3005
so, 2y + 4 = pi +2.3005, pi - 2.3005, 2pi + (pi +2.3005), 2pi - (pi -2.3005)
= 5.442, 0.841, 11.73, 5.442
2y = 5.442-4, 0.841-4, 11.73-4, 5.442 - 4
y = 0.721, -1.57, 3.865, 0.721
bob bundy, can help me check my working above, i still can not get the answer correct.
can explain to me in more details for this question, thanks very much.
hi bobbym,
the answer for 2nd question is very detail, i know how to do already, thanks for your help, i am very appreciate. thanks!
1. how to slove
for , i know how to do, but can not get the answer right. so please help.my working:
2y +4 = cos^-1(-2/3)
= 0.841
= pi +0.841, pi - 0.841, 2pi + (pi +0.841), 2pi - (pi +0.841)
= 3.98 , 2.30,...
y= (3.98 -4)/2
is my working correct?
answer: y = 2.29, 3.13, 5.43, 6.27
2. (a) find the equation of the tangent to the curve
at the point A (1,1). (b) and if the tangent meets the curve at another point B, find the coordinates of B.i found the answer for part (a)
. how to find the part (b), thanks!if
, P<0 has roots A and B, and has roots and , find P and Q?please help me, i try to find the roots of the 1st equation and roots of the 2nd equation and then square the roots of 1st equation, after that equate them to roots 2nd equation, solve the simutanous equation to find P and Q. does my working process correct ? but i can not get the answer.
Answer: P =
