many thanks for your great illustration
you make it on the perpendicular ??!
am sorry if it seems lyk a stupid question
thank u Bob I was about 2 lose hope but why did u impose that The point (x,y) is where a line from (1,4) meets the line of action of F at 90 degrees? Sorry for bothering u
Hi everbody ,
If F= 2i-3j , and if the moment vector of F about B (1,4) equals 16 k
find the equation of the action line of F .
Sorry can't write in LaTex
Help appreciated
many thnx John I didn't know How I missed cosine law
Three coplanar forces 8, 10 and 12 newtons act at a particle. If the forces are in equilibrium, What is the measure of the angle between
the two forces 10 and 12 newtons?
Thanks in Advance.
thanks for ur reply I appreciate it . I think that this is the right solution , I have been searching for a related time problem like this one but I found none but at the same time I didn't think that the sol might be that easy one.The textbook is my school book and we're in secondary school so the ministry in our country prepare it without writing the references. Many Thanks
Yup, I have. we're studying principles of differential and integral calculus I solve related time rates problems but this kind is odd according to me and I can't figure it out I used to solve Time and Distance problems using differential equations . please help me solve this kind.Tx 4 ur reply
Liquid is leaking from a small hole in a vessel full with the liquid. The volume of the liquid changes at the rate of (0.4t-40)cm³/sec.
find:
1- The volume of the vessel
2- When the vessel becomes empty?
given that the volume of the liquid was 980cm³ after 30 seconds from the start of leaking.
PLEASE Explain your answer and if you can give me guide steps to solve problems like this '
MANY THANKS in Advance:D.
I'm from Egypt
we don't solve it that way it is unofficial in our curriculum to solve it using derivative we use these rules http://library.thinkquest.org/C006002/Pages/Rules_of_Limits.htm
help me solve this limit probem
many thnx highly appreciated
when I substitute with -4 in rate of change and average rate of change it didn't give me the given values
but with -2 it did Is this the right reason???
multiply it by the conjugate then divide each term under the cubic root by x^3 and out the root by x
sorry for bothering you I just wanna know which solution is right MANYYYY Thnx
Actually I didn't study it that way am in high school so we learn only headlines Thnx 4 ur help
If , rate of change of this function =-3/4 at x=4 , and the average rate of change =-5/6 when x changes from 4 to 3.8 ,
FIND the values of a and b.
THNX in advance
loglog(x^2-7x+15)=123
Without using calculator:
prove that:
SORRY I'd mistaken the sign preceding 1 in the numerator
my Mr solved it for me today
F(x)=x^2-x+1/(x+1)(x^2-x+1)=1/x+1

Domain=R-{-1}
Range=R-{0}
Decreasing in (-∞,∞)-{-1}
am very sorry for that stupid mistake i had made
