plugging in numbers? Do you think there is a mistake? This is from an old homework assignment, and it's an electronics class, there is just a little trig involved in the problem and I can't figure out the steps from getting from step 1 to step 2, the problem as a whole is larger than this, but I've been able to get this far. I don't think there is a mistake here.

I'm having trouble figuring out how my teacher got from this step, to this next step.
step 1:
15.5[0.866sin^2(2pi50t)+0.5(sin(2pi50t)cos(2pi50t)]
step 2:
6.71+7.75sin(2pi100t-60deg)
can anyone tell me what identities, or how the transition is made from step 1 to step 2.
