oh thank you .i thought of it after posting it.
and another doubt. how does a digital clock work.
i know about the internal working .but how would you get the time into the display.or more specifically, how does the chip inside the watch work? are they programmable or a kind of preprogrammed ROM.
and another doubt -how people found the radius of the earth as 6371 km.
when i asked the question with my teacher a few years ago, she just starred at me and the period ended.

An aircraft having a wingspan of 20.48 m flies due north at aspeed of 40 ms^(−1). If the vertical component of earths magneticfield at the place is 2 × 10^(−5) T, Calculate the emf induced between the ends of the wings
this problem is in my physics book?
my question is that how would an emf be induced between the ends of the wings.
upto my knowledge i can't imagine it technically.can somebody explain it?

i do know !my heart says every minute .
but hearing on your comments i get a thought that i am a waste.is there any psychological way to get rid of it.
..but my current situation doesn't allow me..i am struggling to face my studies rather than to concentrate on programming.

1)i already have win 8 on my hdd and got 3 in 1 linux distrib. as per your suggestion i planned to install linux mint rather than mageia 3,and have both w8 and mint..the problem is that mint is not booting in that 3 in one dvd,only mageia is.so i will try using unetbootin.
2)lateat but not aware of UEFI
