Re: Free maths homework help

Hi cacwong;

They can bring their questions here and they will be answered. Wished I had something like this when I was young.

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.

Re: Free maths homework help

Hi;

7/8 / ( 1  1/2 x 1  5/9)

Is this what you mean?

Turn the denominator into 2 proper fractions:

Clean up the denominator a little.

reduce the denominator to lowest terms.

So 3 / 8 is the answer.

Re: Free maths homework help

Hi akhil;

Use the formula A = ( b * h ) / 2

A = ( 4 * 5 ) / 2 = 10

Thanks for sharing. It's great.up
DD has been using for math. It's also fantastic. The questions are problem-solving type, good to help kids thinking. DD loves it!
