Hi;
Due to increased traffic in my other two problem threads I have started this one. It will contain problems that appear difficult but are not. Or maybe, just not as difficult as the other two threads.
Baffler #1
An opaque jar contains100 marbles. 50 of them are blue and 50 are white. 25 marbles are picked out of the jar at random. They are discarded and 25 blue marbles are put into the jar. This process is done 9 more times. What percentage of white marbles remains?
A says) 4%
B says) About 2.8%
C says) I agree with either (A or B) or (A and B) I am not sure.
D says) C is right.
E says) B is close but he does not have an exact answer. I have a method.
B says) I have a method now!
Who is closest and can you find E's method?

Hi phrontister;
I understand perfectly. It is okay to tell all your ideas and it is welcomed by me. I also thank you for looking at the problem.

Hi bobbym
That's a little farfetched (if that word can be used here). Never is a strong word, unlike ever.
