I mentioned them:

1) It is bloated, typically 5 - 10 gigabytes so you need to buy a new book drive. Bill owns them.

2) It is slow when it is OOBE, so you need to buy a faster machine. Bill owns that too.

3) It is a gigantic security breach. Bill owns that too.
