I uploaded a new one. I want to change it from a book to an eye. Why is it not working?

Is it the correct size?

It must not be any bigger than 80 x 80 pixels and 10240 bytes (10 KB).

I just tried and I was able to give you an avatar.

I went to my settings, checked "Use Avatar", saved it, and nothing happened.
