Hi! Just wanted to add another version, same result ... math IS awesome!
1/9 = 0.111...
9 x 0.111... = 0.999...
but
9 x 1/9 = 9/9 = 1
=> 0.999... = 1

That's a neat method which seems to overcome the objections some folk have about infinite digits.

If 0.999... (or 0.111...) were a number, you could multiply it by an integer,
but as it isn't, you can't.
