Puzzles about Arranging Numbers on Edges of Directed Graphs

Hi,

Here are some puzzles that are about arranging numbers on the edges of directed graphs. A puzzle is solved when all numbers on arrows entering each node are less than all numbers on arrows leaving that node. All the numbers are nonnegative integers.

To shuffle the numbers between two arrows, you click the number on one arrow and click the number on another arrow.
