'tis not a secret code. It is a language created by English people, or American, that is created by omitting certain letters, normally vowels, to create a stupid arrangment of letters that sound only vaguely like English.

In other words, it's lame.

Simple; Either you put missing vowels back into the words, or you just say them yourself so you know what they sound like.
