MathsIsFun is the best possible math-related resource available. There's Wolfram's mathworld, of course, but we're better.

Of course we're better.......

White Diamond was on retail and cannot be returned.

what is retail

When something is 'on retail' (where the phrase is varied across countries all over the world), it just means that it is on sale (which means that it is being sold at a reduced price). If something is being sold in this state, then it cannot be returned.
I'll leave it to someone to find the flaw in what I just said.

Means something is on sale.
Still don't understand? I can 'simplify' it a little more.

i have understood retail by now

We're good for different things. Wolfram covers a lot of advanced mathematics, but you need to have a very good knowledge of mathematics just to be able to vaguely understand some of their pages.
On the other hand, all of our pages are very well explained, but we also don't have nearly as many and the level is more basic in general. But we also have the forum so people can ask for help on whatever they need, whereas Wolfram just sits there. If you manage to find what you're looking for on there and understand it, then great, but if not then it can't help you further.
So I wouldn't say that either is empirically better than the other. Wolfram can help already competent mathematicians to become more advanced mathematicians, and we can help everyone else.
Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

Hehe, we're the main text and Wolfram is the glossary...

Which is exactly my point...

Hmmm... if we have to give easily understandable explanations for the different topics, do you think we will ever be able to cover advanced math topics?
Offline
Depends on what you mean. There are some things that just can't be explained in simple terms.

Well, I mean like calculus and the mathematics of curved spacetime (nvm forget the latter). Do you think we'll ever publish articles on that?
