¯.¯  (Alt 0175 + full stop)
×.× (Alt 0215 + full stop)
:þ  (colon + Alt 0254)

note the distinctions between _-¯ Xx× pPþ

× can come in useful with writing maths two, since its disctinve from 'x'

so i can have 2x×3x = 6x² and it also looks nicer for a cross product a×b, as oopsed to axb
· (alt 0951) works well for dot product, or even better for the above equation 2x·3x = 6x², or a·b as opposed to a.b
