Logging out
I think I now know for certain why it is some people are unable to logout.
Go you your Profile, click on Privacy, and untick the little box that says save username and password between visits.
I think that is what is causing all the problem. When that little box is ticked, you cant log out, even if you want to. 
And after unticking the little box, make sure you click Submit.

I still cant log out, and my box was unchecked. It only happens in Internet Explorer though.
