I think 0^0 is just as interesting as dividing by 0 (very interesting), but that is possibly because it is:
n^0=n/n where n is any number but 0.
So what about 0^0?
Well, there are multiple arguments:
0^0=1, because n^0=1
0^0=0, because 0/0=0
0^0=∞, because 0/0=∞
And then you get back into the dividing by 0 scenario...

It can depend on your application, but generally it is indeterminate
