Hi Jane;

I've seen this one. But maybe I didn't understand it. I thought b had to be irrational and algebraic.

Used to establish that the (gelfond schneider constant)

is transcendental.

True,

has to be algebraic as well.

According to the theorem, the number

is transcendental!
