Yes, I fully agree. 
I was speaking sideways there..."downgraded" was totally tongue-in-cheek. As a Real Member I'd never (>sniff<) be able to revel in the kind of glory that Tigeree and Jane enjoy as LEGENDARY Members. BUT I'd get to PM! I'll get over foregoing the euphoria of achieving that highest post-ranked status.

Perimeter = √34 + √73 + √89
34 + 73 + 89 = 196

About to go to bed...been watching the French Open and also been adjusting my program as it failed to pick up the solution if its position wasn't the first appearance of the search number. Fixed now...and runs at the same speed as before.
If I hadn't corrected that error my program wouldn't have found the next answer, as 7007 occurs three times before position 7007.

I'd also found those other four solutions for 7007, but I chose 28666 because I could easily get √169 = 13 from its digits (something I've tried to do with this type of solution) while maintaining the digit order. The others seemed to be too difficult for that. I always like to have a reference to #13, as that's what this thread's about.
I probably didn't explain myself clearly enough about not finding other solutions for 7007, but I was referring to other appearances of 7007 within the sqrt of the test number. The sqrt of 28666 yields 7007 in three positions prior to position #7007, and my previous program missed seeing the solution in such cases.
