A puzzle:

NINE + FIVE - ZERO + THREE = 9503

Each letter in the puzzle stands for a different digit from 0 to 9. Find the letter values.

9516

NINE + FIVE - ZERO + THREE = 9503

3635 + 4685 - 9572    + 10755  = 9503

ABCD is a 4 digit prime. Using the numbers 9516, each one standing for a letter can you find it ?

Hi phrontister;

Yes, I did see it like that. I do not know why. My apologies, you have a correct answer, very good. Also good would have been to say, the task is impossible because no matter how those numbers are arranged they will always be divisible by three.
