I like building things with tools. Designing new things and then making them work. I got that from my father and grandfather.

Yes, I was taught to use a bench lathe and an engine lathe. I can saw and chisel and sand wood. I can repair wood and I was a good painter.

I wanted to drive race cars. But I found out that my eye and hand coordination was not fast enough.
That suprised me because I boxed and played basketball and football and was much faster than everyone else.
Put me in a car though and I just have a tendency to crash.

Less than I used to. An apartment just can not hold tons of car parts and tools. I have about three toolboxes right now.
