I was riding a bike for exercise, it was late at night and a car snuck up and passed me on the left. One of them was hanging outside the window with a pipe. He got me and their was a lot of blood but I was enraged, I went after them. Car sped away and I biked home, went to the emergency in the morning.

No zhit!?! When I was in college I bicycled from WPI to Clark University just to eat in their diner and on the way back by the street lamps at night, a white car pulled up beside me and a guy jumped out and tried to grap me, but he missed me by over a foot because I had swerved to the right when the car slowed down. Then I pedaled as fast as I could home and my heart was beating fast when I reached my apartment. After I regained my breath in about ten minutes, I told my two apartment mates what had occurred. It's been so long ago now, I don't rememeber what they said. My Mom thought the incident was made up by me, because mental illness runs in the family, and she thought later when I came down with bipolar that that incident never happened, but I assured her it did. I don't see things incorrectly, but I do think things incorrectly, psychosis.

That is odd this was a white car too! They wanted to knock me out so they could rob the bike. Bike riding is very dangerous and few people know that.

Yup almost Jeff, I've thought of that. The chemistry I am working on right at this moment. Today I am memorizing digits of numbers for the weights, but today, I am using the analog clock positions for the numbers 0 to 9. 12 = 0. 1 to 9 are just like on the clock. I am doing it in my head, and also writing them down in random order. This method is working pretty well this morning! I've tried it years ago with less success.

I just slipped into some boots and shoveled since last time. (snow, only 5cm)
Um, let's see, I memorize cuivre copper, it's 63.546 I think. But I already knew that.
And caesium or cesium is 132.9054519 I think, but I didn't use the clock on that one yet.
And gold is 196.966569 I'm sure. These 2009-2011 numbers. They may change this summer.

This is what I do for fun and strength training inside the home:
Place your two palms together at right angles so your left 4 fingers are
wrapping between the right hands index finger and thumb and your
right thumb is wrapped around between the left hands index finger and thumb.
Now pull toward you with the right hand gradually at first and push with the
left hand, with hands grasped together. Increase the force to the max you
dare to try at first and hold the position with tension for as long as you feel
necessary to accomplish some right bicep and left tricep energy usage.
Try it. (Essayez-ce-la) C'est amusante!! It's fun.
