I downloaded win.zip version 0.942 some time back, and the link was probably like your first one, but with the old numbers.
I updated a few days ago to the current version (0.953).

You should also click on the "Documentation (WIKI)" link on the QB64 page and download the "Offline Reference" Wiki docs.
On that same download page there's a link to the QB64 forum and apparently further downloads...but I haven't checked that out yet.

I had no idea it was still active and developing. The last I used was QB 7.1, that was made a long, long, time ago. I thought the language was dead.

You mean phrontister? If I remember there were two parts of the problem. The first one I did okay. The second part I wanted a neat mathematical method for. I never found one...

He wanted to know how to do it in M. I remember offering to teach him how. We just never got around to it.
I am not sure how much time it would take to go
Excel -> LB -> QB -> M
