Take an ordinary pocket or desk calculator like this one. (Not a scientific calculator)
Switch on the calculator.
Press any three keys just once. 0 or 00 should not be used.
100 should be displayed.
Remember, you are allowed to use only three keys, and 0 or 00 should not be used.

I assume you're not allowed to store 100 in the memory beforehand?
If so, then I think it's probably something to do with the percent button, but I can't figure out what. Maybe [1 ÷ %]?
