No, the matter we were discussing was of an emotional nature. An area I know nothing about. He claimed to know less than I did, but he is obviously delusional.

Gilligan's Island was live action. Cartoons are cartoons.
Although cartoons come in a variety of ways, they are almost limitless. Live action is not although it gives a greater perception of reality.

Marvel is okay as long as there is no Loki, Tony Stark, Captain America, Bucky, Beast, Hawkeye, Scarlett Johannssen, etc.

Hmmm... in all the Marvel the cartoons I watch there is always a Tony Stark.
Except for Wolverine & the X-Men. But Beast is usually there.
Wait, by adding that etc. you're pretty much including everyone in the Marvel universe. If they weren't in the cartoons, it wouldn't be a Marvel cartoon.
