A Logic Puzzle

You escape from a dungeon and face four doors. You know that:
1. Only one of them is an exit and the others are trapped.
2. Two of the statements on the doors are true, The other two are false
The statements on the Doors are:
Door 1: I am not trapped
Door 2: You do not want to open me
Door 3: I am trapped
Door 4: The Statement on Door 1 is false
Which of the doors allow you to get out of the dungeon safely?

The above question appeared in a Newspaper I read and the following answer was given. Would anyone explain it to me?

(It can be also posssible that the given answer is wrong)
