You trusted a machine? Dodgy.
I expect it just meant "This is bigger than I can handle." Check the max value.
On the other hand, if that calc. really can show infinity correctly, that will settle lots of forum arguments about whether it exists.

I work with super powerful calculators everyday and it is very easy to think you saw something. It is also very easy for them to make mistakes and for us humans to misinterpret those mistakes.
Could be an overflow as Bob suggested.
