Being a bengali I am pure vegetarian (except egg, onion and garlic)...I like barf ka golla...bhel puri..papri chat..momo..pav bhaji..gol gappa..and raita too.

It is called oil pulling and they usually use safflower or olive oil for it. It is a good health practice.
