Problem of Square Boards

Hi all,

             I have three sqaure boards,the surface of the first contaning 5 sq feet more than second,and the second containing 5 sq. feet more than the third.Can you find the exact measurement for the sides of the boards?

I can only get formulas for their relationships, not a numerical solution without more info as bobbym said.

Side lengths as follows:-

In descending order of board size:



In ascending order of board size:



Any value of x will give the 5 square feet differences between the boards' surface areas as per the puzzle wording.
