New problem:

100 divisions of soldiers is to be distributed to 50 US cities next month to deal with the coming predicted panic when Nibiru comes close to Earth. How many ways can Gen. S. S. "Stomp em into the dirt" Higgins distribute 100 divisions if each city is to have at least 1 division. He does not know so the Pentagon allocates 1 billion dollars to answer the question. It ends up in our panel of experts.

Hint: Each divisions is different.

A says) That is easy 50! * (100 Ncr 50).

B says) That is a little off A the answer is...

C says) I am getting 100! / 50!

D says) Next month? Darn it was my birthday. Hope it isn't ruined.

E says) I have it, I am going to Disneyland with my billion.

B says) I think you will have to share it with me.

Just then the Gen. walks in. Everyone jumps to attention. A is right. He is awarded the money and he gets the thanks of our great nation. He is a true patriot.

B and E look at each other. What answer do you get?
