1) They tell how long I have been on the internet.
2) How many bookmarks I have.
3) What version I have.
4) How many addons I have and how they are configured.
5) How many plugins I have and how they are configured.
In addition plugin container is constantly dialing home and is undocumented.

What could happen if the data in those points was given out to them?
They tabulate the number of crashes too. Hackers are very interested in that stat. Why should I trust them anymore than I do Microsloth or my neighbor for that matter?

They say that when it is turned off no more of that information is transmitted but a signal is sent to Mozilla to delete previous information. Obviously they have something because by default when installed it is on. Why should there be such a feature anyway? Wasn't the old method of fixing bugs good enough?
plugincontainer.exe contacts mozilla all the time. It gives information about the videos you watch. All with the excuse they want to help me. To shut it off you have to get into the config files.

It really does not even protect us very well from hackers let alone from agencies who are in the spy business. With your browser, provider and OS all saying that they will freely hand over any information that they can gather about you I do not see how we are secure.
