They have the cartoon network if you really like animated cartoons. This is a math forum. Sorry, it is just an opinion.
I am at an age where I have forgotten more than I remember, but I still pretend to know it all.

what about mathamatical signs like a division sign (just thinking)

We already have them... [ ÷ × ½ √ ∞ ≠ ≤ ≥ ≈ ⇒ ± ∈ Δ θ ∴ ∑ ∫ π -¹ ² ³ ° ]
And if you're talking about smiley-style maths symbols, no, I don't think we should have flashy dancing pi signs.

÷ oh sorry Didn't notice [ ÷ × ½ √ ∞ ≠ ≤ ≥ ≈ ⇒ ± ∈ Δ θ ∴ ∑ ∫ π -¹ ² ³ ° ]

Ref, the previous post, do we still think that we should allow guests freedom to post here? The one above doesn't look like spam to me - just an idiot who thinks he is being funny.
Please make people register before they can post!

Thanks for the alert, ashwil!

I am not convinced that registration will stop bad posts. We had one guy register who then annoyed us for a week or so. We would ban him and then he just re-registered.

I must be doing pretty well then. I've been posting bad maths and annoying people (well, Ricky, anyway!) for nearly 2 weeks and I haven't got myself banned yet!!!

Do you mean Schwanzer? Because the difference between him and this was that he was a person. He eventually got bored and left, whereas these robots don't. Also, he didn't have pseudo-random IPs.
So blocking guests would stop and robots coming through, and any annoying people who spam us can be easily blocked.
So say my thoughts, which could easily be wrong.
Why did the vector cross the road?
