Agnishom, what wrong he is doing is ban evasion. I am sure the staff gave him a couple of chances even after which he conducted misbehaviour. Once a troll, always a troll.
As for telling which user is a GiB, we're talking about the best combinatorist in Vegas. Surely he can pick out those who behave similarly to GiB. Plus, just a few minutes after RNG was banned, a new account named GiB was created, which is proof that RNG was GiB.

I would say the best biologist here is Prof. Lander. Probably one of the best in the country. And proofs are for mathematicians, not us.

Oh. I thought GiB was a different account from RNG.
But you do realize that bobbym banned him because he thought he was GiB (which he probably was). However, on a forum like PF, he would be banned instantly because what he said was not mainstream computer science (as they call it, "crackpot stuff").

If he has done other things like other cyber crimes (which I think he has) then the police will take the appropriate decision. Most likely it would result in a warning.
Anyway, I do not think they send mentally ill people to jail. Maybe an asylum.

You did not watch the front page yesterday did you? That is the reason why he is barred.
By the order of MIF he is not to be allowed back into the forum. Once anyone is permanently barred that is final. There is no changing your username and coming back. The rules are the same for everyone.
You seem to think that the people being barred are not GiB. Nothing could be further from the truth. I do not bar him until I am 100% sure of his identity.
