Please lower the flood limit
Hi;
Please lower the flood limit from 1 min to 30 seconds. It is very annoying. 
If this is not possible for all wheels then please allow the 'Real Member' wheel with this privilege.

Records are made to be broken. They serve as incentive to the people who come after them. I have toyed with the idea of capping out at a certain maximum say 10000. After that there would be no more. That would put an end to the post battles and make more quality posts as you say.
Just for you to know I would trade the whole 78000 of them for one more tongzilla post. Or the mathsyperson gf post, for a few more teakettle posts, yea quality posts like that.

That does not matter, I am not offended by the comment. My post totals as I have told someone else a long time is due to the fact that I am and was in here more than anyone else. It is only natural I would be among the leaders. I would point out that I am not among the best over at the SE.

But you already have a huge post count. If it were awarded to Real members only then every other member would be at a disadvantage would they not? If it is awarded to everyone then the forum becomes an instant chat which could not be moderated.

You could lower the flood limit from 60 to 30 for all members. That would not make it an instant chat.
