Unfortunately it did not give me any ideas. How about trying these guys? They are the developers.

It seems that there are no available scripting commands for axis ticks.
You may change the axes ratio or the zoom-in scale dynamically.

I did a small mistake in calculating total energy. So do not use it for a serious calculation
