I can't seem to find out what the product of 379 and 36 is and the answer chois are 13,000 13,600 13,700 and 14000

For the exact answer none of those are correct. But 13600 is the closest.
In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.

Welcome to the forum. 
When you are asked to find the product of numbers, this means multiply them together.
Looking at the choices, I'm guessing that the questioner wanted you to round off your answer.
