I am 100% sure, unless there is a law against the book, that the Sullivan books are sold there. However, as for the others and the Sullivan ones, you can get them ordered for cheap prices at abebooks.com

Yes. I learned how to teach myself math. Also, unlike the math taught in school, it is more challenging - memorizing formulas wouldn't do much help.

I live in Bumpkinland 2.0. A place that have both bumpkins and non-bumpkins. Non-bumpkins refer to the place as "Notbumpkinland".
