fusion without coulumb forces

why dont we use neutron-water(earth) or neutron-liquidhydrogen(space,somewhere with a cold surface that hydrogen condensates, pressurized chambers[on earth]) fusion plants?
neutrons do not make coulumb forces and 1 1H+1 0n=2 1H+0 0y+2.2MeV
yes i know that this reaction needs slow and energized neutrons which could come from a neutron source(water is a good neutron slower, but neutrons react with it so its not used in fission plants, while you would need some heavy ice for liquid hydrogen plants)
yeah i know that it would need a lot of neutrons but 9 grams of water contains 1 mole of 1 1H which needs 1 mole of 1 0n
ooooops when searching for "berylium neutron source" i found out that that reaction actually made 5.7 MeV which is two and a half times the actual hydrogen reaction!
with radium 226 the reaction will yield 64,235,295TeV per mole per second or 0.0436085949152542joules per gram per second
which is,you need 25t of the mixture to produce a megawatt of energy
ideal for space crafts i think
(note:i did not include the decay energy of radium or the alpha particles produced by the decay products)

Hi imcute,

Please use appropriate cases - Upper case, Lower case, and mixed-case.
