Quadratic Log Approximation

ln(x+1)=ax^2+(ln2-a)x from 0 to 1
a is about -0.23557
the average error is 0.003388
this can be used for stuff like fast inverse fourth root or something(ln(1+x) is used on the mantissa from 0 to 1)
