What is the difference between the Exercises Forum and the Help Me Forum? Both are for math content, right?

In the index in the forum, you can see the difference.
It appears to me that if one wants to make progress in mathematics, one should study the masters and not the pupils. - Niels Henrik Abel.
Nothing is better than reading and gaining more and more knowledge - Stephen William Hawking.

If someone wants help with a question or topic the they should use the Help Me section.
If someone wants to challenge others with a problem it's the Exercises section. It is implicit that the questioner knows the answer themselves.

Excuse me for asking. I didn't know that I am expected to know everything.

Yes, both forums deal with maths, but they have different objectives.
Exercises Forum: where complete math problems and solutions are posted. You practise there by working through or talking about exercises. You can verify other people's responses or share your own.
Use the Help Me Forum to ask questions when you're having trouble. You post a problem there for assistance or explanations, rather than just solutions, if you don't know where to begin or where you went wrong.
