I recall going to a town near the Khyber pass called Landikotal. We travelled to the Afghan Border and I stepped over the border for a few seconds smile

All I remember of Urdu is things like pani (water), acha (ok), jeldi (quickly), and a few others.

Excellent memory, MathsIsFun!

Re: Languages; What Are Yours?

We watched it for English at school.

The bit which everyone was chanting for days after was

Then I saw the congo, creeping through the black
Cutting through the forest with a golden track!

It was fantastic and annoyed the teachers.

Please share them. When you click "Post Reply" there is an image upload where you can do several at once.

That option hasn't been available for me lately, maybe it's because I'm a Real Member?

Re: Languages; What Are Yours?

That's a nice picture, but I was asking for a screenshot of where it says 'image upload', or similar.

Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough. smile

Re: Languages; What Are Yours?

Photobucket is also a good uploader, along with Rapidshare (although I suggest you do not use that, as it has been known to be hacked a lot). Rapidshare is often use to upload applications and WinRar or Zip files rather than images, however.

But imageshack.us is an extremely useful uploader, which I have been using ever since it was first created.

Re: Languages; What Are Yours?

On another note, Imageshack originally used to sell crackers. Amazing how they went from that to the image business...

Re: Languages; What Are Yours?

Yep. Also, they give out freebies now.

Print off their icon or something, and give it to a shop (I think), and you get something like a voucher. No idea how it works.
