I'm new to the forum and would like to say hello to everyone! I'm 22 and have just started a course to retake my Maths GCSE. I've always enjoyed Maths to a certain extent, but just lately that interest has been growing and I want a bit of a challenge as well learning about something I enjoy.
I'm also interested in the environment, music (I have a guitar here which is begging to be learnt), reading etc..
Love the website also, it's bound to come in incredibly handy as the course materials aren't always clear.
Look forward to asking many questions.
Fried

Thank you for your kind comments, Fried.
We can help you immensely with your Math GCSE retake (or is that 're-do'? Or 're-do' without the hyphen? Doesn't matter) - MathsIsFun carries a wide range of knowledge from member to member; Our moderators are very experienced if you need to ask them a question! (hey, I sound like I'm presenting an advertisement )
If you need a challenge, we have many exercises and worksheets on the main site itself (designed and maintained by MathsIsFun, the site and forum administrator and creator/founder) to give you extra support if you require any.
If you need any help practicing guitar, you can ask me or a few other people who play guitar here (I think ben does).

Maybe you can get a picture of something that has been deep-fried.
Just like the member 'Toast' got an avatar out of his name by using a picture of Toast.

Thank you all for your warm welcomes and sorry I haven't said thanks earlier. I got caught in a jam and took a couple of wrong turnings, but I'm back out onto the open stretch of road once again, wearing shades and looking mean. As for the guitar, I find it really hard to get past the basics, practice and perserverance are something I lack a bit of.
Will a fried egg do for now?
Thank you again!

Hmm, a fried egg and toast. That's excellent!
Don't worry. Eventually you'll reach a level in guitar when you won't need to practice so much.

WiZaRd, why are you saying welcome back to someone new who has never been on this forum before?
