The Hanso Foundation

"...and welcome, to The Hanso Foundation, making life a better place..."

http://thehansofoundation.org/adkahdskja2897429834ahjkncawuye32782374/hanso_noshutdown.swf

I found this website more than a year ago. It contains a lot of interesting things, including mythology about DHARMA, Alvar Hanso, eg. a lot of stuff. It is all based in flash. It is also quite a scary website; There are a lot of things hidden in the website. A hacker by the name of 'Persephone' will prompt you when you find something hidden.

One example is to click on the Newsletter link. Enter your name, then click on continue. Persephone will be waiting, and she will ask you for the password. You can get this password by phoning a hidden number (I think it was 1-800-HANSORG). Don't bother phoning, the line is probably dead.

I will reveal the password tomorrow.

The old one was just thehansofoundation.org, but that part of the site was closed down. But the top link is still OK.

See if you can discover the mystery about what The Hanso Foundation did with electromagnetism...Persephone will prompt you when you find a hidden area there, too. She will also ask you for a password.

Re: The Hanso Foundation

Strange indeed ... I opened in Firefox and eventually had to abort! It consumed full CPU and evergrowing memory. Possibly just my bad luck.

Re: The Hanso Foundation

O_o

Doesn't happen to me. An old HANSORG phone number was 4815162342H.

This will definitely teach you some more things about LOST mythology, eg. the DHARMA initiative and Alvar Hanso.

Ah well, I promised you a password for the newsletter.

Go to the Newsletter page, enter a username, and then Persephone, the hacker, will prompt you for a password. Enter 'breakingstrain' without any spaces, and you will gain access. Every few days or so, login to the network and Persephone will have a new message for you. I will reveal a new secret about Alvar Hanso tomorrow.

Re: The Hanso Foundation

Alvar Hanso disappeared in 2002. He hasn't appeared in public since then. Yet the Hanso Foundation are covering it up.

Why is Hanso hiding? Why is he running?

His last known location was Copenhagen.
