We have a variation of this topic here. The rules in that one were a lot stricter though, so we'll probably be able to find lots, lots more solutions here.

Wow! Einstein was a curious little six year old!! 1 + 2 + 3 - 4 + 5 + 6 + 78 + 9 = 100
That's like something I would do now between 35 and 45 years old.
