The point is that you cannot disagree with the statement 'I am not a humman but a monkey!' By putting yes or no, it doesn't change anything.

"Yes I am a not a human" and "No I am not a human" are the same.
For example, what would you say if someone said "It is opposite day", and the statement had to be changed to 'It is not opposite day"? It really is confusing, because if the statement is changed from the first statement, then if it is not opposite day then how can it be changed? Thus causing a flaw in the term 'opposite day'.
