Ask the designers of the graphing calculator!

(edit) I just modified the equation and graph a bit. Doesn't get much better than that I'd say!

Ah, that thread must have been made while my internet was broken, making me miss it. Until now, that is. I like how you can change some parameters to get all kinds of different heart shapes. Now you need to figure out how to make them 3D!

According to one of my lecturers, the equation for love can be found as follows:
"Love" pronounced slightly differently becomes "'l'oeuf" (possibly misspelt)
This is French for "The egg."
Eggs are elliptical in shape.

Therefore, the equation for love is x²/a² + y²/b² = 1.

hmmm i hate valentijnes day no offence. its a scam and otherwise for my special case a great event for bullying me! and it did happen! this guy call rick got a piece of paper and wrote roses are red and blablabla and gave it to louis(this REALLY ANNOYING ERO SENNIN WHO SINGS OPERA MUSIC! WORDS CANT EVEN DESCRIBE HOW ANNOYING HE IS!) and said it was from me. that pushed the boundaries and i then cried for 1 hour all the way through history but i got rick in a thursday detention and i missed 20 minuites from french. go me!

It usually depresses me because I never have a valentine.

Yes, I agree! Our form teacher gave us all strawberry Freddos ... and we had a Valentine's Day 'party' in Ethics. It was more like an excuse to eat food during class, but it was still good. We got to eat cake while watching 'School Ties' ...
