That many posts in a row almost beat the record on this forum, which, I think, is 18. Not that I am encouraging you to break it, but you should try not to get it too high. I think it very lucky that double-posts are not as strict as other forums. I remember members who used to get suspended for two weeks (etc.) just for double-posting (well, maybe that situation had occured more than a single time).

Also note that I find it completely odd that you managed to post around 100 times in a day. Even I don't have that much free time. (O.o)

It doesn't take much time to post 1-3 word replies to threads which add nothing to the discussion, such as "cool", "ok", "lol that's funny", and so on.

I mean the 60-second flood control. You'd have to spend around 2 hours to post that amount in such a short time. Even if people were to post short replies, they'd still have to wait. I'd imagine that the flood control system has been doing an extremely good job. But it hasn't been preventing spam, unfortunately.

But yes, I think Devanté's pretty much spot on. We're a nice friendly forum and so we're not going to punish anyone for double-posting or anything, but it's also discouraged.
