No, GIFs are not 'moving pictures'. You can make them animated, and they don't have to be GIFs to be animated, either.

GIF files incorporate a compression scheme to keep file sizes at a minimum, and they are limited to 8-bit (256 or fewer colors) color palettes. The GIF file format uses a relatively basic form of file compression (Lempel Zev Welch, or LZW) that squeezes out inefficiencies in the data storage without losing data or distorting the image. back to the topic i want a moving one but its too big 72x82 2 over can you belive it Mathsisfun can you change it please to about 90x90 then that would be better if thats ok

I disagree, it is big enough as it is. Any bigger would reduce the speed of the pages loading. Some forums that have 100x100 pixel resolution size can handle it.
